Solarez Bone Dry is a fast curing clear, durable coating for fishing flies. It is applied with a fine-point applicator brush as an overcoat
or to penetrate fibers and strengthen fly structures. Rapidly cures (<10 seconds) when exposed to UV385nm light.
It is also indicated for use as an overprint varnish on 3D printed objects to smooth topographical "steppes".

Apply in shade. Irradiate with intense UV light for ONE SECOND. Wait 15 seconds. Irradiate again for one
second. Wait. Complete with 10 full seconds UV light. This technique will reduce heat & shrinkage.

The BONE-DRY Colors formula is an outstanding performer but it has one quirk: it crystallizes with
prolonged exposure to temperatures below 45°F. This might occur in shipping. It will look like the resin has gone clumpy, like crystallized
honey. The remedy; same as honey, put the entire bottle into a microwave oven and nuke it for about 10 seconds. It will need to get to a
temperature of 125°F Once this has been achieved, the resin is perfectly good again and can be used and it will stay like this for years.
If the resin is exposed again to a temperature of under 45°F for a few hours, it will crystallize again. The same remedy will fix it.
